1. The service

Aizi offers free browser games and guides about them. You do not need an account. We may add, change or remove games and pages at any time, for example when a developer asks us to remove a game or when a game no longer meets our standards.

2. Who owns what

  • Aizi Originals, the Aizi name, the Aizi character, the site design, the artwork and the written guides belong to Aizi. You may play and share links to them, but not copy, re-host or sell them.
  • Partner games belong to their developers and are shown on Aizi under an agreement with the Playgama platform. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners.
  • Open-source games remain under their own licences (for example MIT, GPL-3.0 or Unlicense). The licence and credits are kept with each game, and nothing in these terms limits the rights those licences give you.

3. Acceptable use

Please use Aizi in a fair and normal way. You agree not to:

  • break, overload or interfere with the site or its servers, or try to access parts of it that are not meant to be public;
  • scrape or copy the site's content or games in bulk, or re-host them elsewhere;
  • use the site in a way that breaks the law or the rules of the place you use it, such as a school or workplace network.

4. Partner games and other websites

Partner games load from Playgama and their developers after you press Play and confirm you are 13 or older. Partner games do not load for players who say they are under 13. They are provided by those third parties, may show their own advertising, and are subject to their own terms. Aizi is not responsible for third-party games or websites, but if one causes a problem, tell us and we will look at it.

5. Saved progress

Scores and progress in our games are stored in your own browser. They can be lost if you clear your browser data, switch devices or use a private window. We cannot restore them.

6. No warranty

Aizi is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running smoothly, but we do not promise that every game will work on every device, that the site will always be available, or that it will be free of errors. Game guides are written with care but may not match every version of a game.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Aizi and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, including lost progress or data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Rights holders

If you believe something on Aizi uses your work without permission, contact [email protected] with a description of the work, where it appears on Aizi and how we can reach you. We will review it and remove material where appropriate.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using Aizi after an update, the new terms apply.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Where the law of the country you live in gives you consumer rights that cannot be waived, those rights still apply.
