What to include
Bug reports
Tell us which game, what you expected and what happened instead. These details help us find the problem much faster:
- Your browser (for example Chrome, Safari or Edge)
- Your device (laptop, Chromebook, phone, tablet)
- Whether you used a keyboard, mouse or touch screen
- A screenshot (welcome)
Game suggestions
If there is a game you would love to play here, send us its name and where it is from. We can only add games we are allowed to show, so suggestions of open-source games or games from developers who offer their games to other websites are the easiest for us to act on.
Requests from game developers and rights holders
If you made or own the rights to a game on Aizi and want its details corrected, its page changed or the game removed, email us from an address we can connect to you or your studio and name the game page. We review every such request. The same applies if you believe any content on Aizi uses your work without permission: tell us what it is, where it appears and why, and we will look into it.
Privacy requests
Aizi has no accounts and collects no personal profiles, so there is usually nothing about you for us to look up. If you have a question about privacy, or want to exercise a right described in our privacy policy, email us and write "Privacy" in the subject line.
What we cannot help with
Before you write
Many answers are already on the site. Each game page has its controls and a few tips, the About page explains where the games come from, and the terms cover how the site may be used.
Questions players ask
Which address should I use?
Use [email protected] for everything: questions, bug reports, game suggestions, developer requests and privacy requests.
A game does not load. What should I do?
Reload the page first, then try another browser. If it still fails, email [email protected] with the game name, your browser and your device so we can reproduce it.
I made one of the games on Aizi. Can I ask for changes?
Yes. Email [email protected] from an address we can link to you or your studio, name the game and tell us what you would like changed or removed. We review every such request.
Do you accept paid placements or ads?
No. Aizi does not sell banner space, sponsored posts or paid rankings, and the games we feature are chosen on merit.
