This privacy policy explains what information is handled when you use aizigames.com ("Aizi", "we", "us"). The short version: Aizi has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising of its own, and our games keep your scores on your own device.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for your name, email address, age, location or any other personal details to use the site or play the games. There are no user accounts. We do not use analytics tools, advertising cookies, social media pixels or fingerprinting, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

What is stored in your browser

Our own games (the Aizi Originals) and the open-source games we host save a few things in your browser's local storage so they work the way you expect: your best scores, unlocked levels, game progress, and settings such as whether sound is muted. This information stays on your device. It is not sent to us, and we cannot see it. You can delete it at any time by clearing the site data for aizigames.com in your browser settings.

Server logs

Like nearly every website, the server that delivers aizigames.com automatically records basic technical information when a page is requested: the IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the browser type and the referring page. These logs are used only to keep the site running, secure and free of abuse. They are kept for a limited period, are not combined with other data, and are not used to identify visitors.

Partner games from Playgama

Some games on Aizi are provided by their developers through Playgama and load inside a game window on our pages, but only after you press the Play button and tell us you are 13 or older. Once a partner game loads, it is delivered by Playgama and the game's developer, not by Aizi. They may use cookies or similar technologies, and they may show their own in-game advertising. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies, which you can read in Playgama's privacy policy. If you prefer not to load third-party games, our Aizi Originals and open-source games work without them.

Children's privacy

Aizi is made for everyone, and students and children use it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and our own pages and games collect no personal information from anyone. We treat the site as one that children may visit.

Games from partner developers can show advertising and use cookies, so we do not load them for children under 13. Before a partner game loads, the page asks whether you are 13 or older. If you answer that you are under 13, the game does not load and we point you to Aizi Originals and open-source games, which have no ads and no third-party code. We do not ask for or keep your date of birth. Your answer is held only in your browser for that visit (session storage) and is not sent to us. The question is a neutral age screen, not a verification, and we cannot see who answers it. Parents who want a stricter setup can block partner games on their child's device or browser.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know what personal information a website holds about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of its sale. Some pages, such as game credits and licence notes, link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies when you visit them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how Aizi handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be explained here in plain language.

Questions players ask

Do I need an account to play?

No. Aizi has no accounts, no sign-up and no login. We never ask for your name, email or age to play.

Does Aizi use cookies or tracking?

Aizi itself uses no advertising or analytics cookies and no tracking tools. Our own games store scores and settings in your browser only. Partner games from Playgama are provided by their developers and Playgama, and may use their own cookies or similar technologies under their own policies.

How do I delete my scores?

Clear the site data for aizigames.com in your browser settings. That removes every score and setting our games saved on your device. We have no copy.

Is Aizi safe for children?

Aizi does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Games from partner developers, which can show ads, do not load for players who say they are under 13. A parent or guardian who has a concern can email [email protected].

Do you sell my data?

No. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not collect any for advertising.
